I’m going to read a paragraph describing a new concept and then ask you some questions. Okay?
Q16 Overall Concept - TO BE READ BEFORE SHOWING ANY VISUALS
NFL Land is a new football-theme park and leisure area that will showcase the NFL, its players and teams.  This park would consist of one or two “mega” attractions such as roller coasters and 4D NFL simulation experiences, several other attractions like a football helmet Ferris wheel and a football-shaped gondola, as well as Club-inspired dining (e.g., Kansas City BBQ) and shopping opportunities.  The entire land would be NFL branded, with each NFL Team represented in a meaningful way.

The NFL would partner with a major theme park company to create a new area/“land” within the partner’s current property.

Q17

Q18 Now I’m going to show you three drawings of NFL Land as I describe it to you.

13. SHOW MAP AND READ:
NFL Land  will give you the essence of being in a football environment, from entering through a tunnel, waiting in a locker room, sitting in a stadium, walking on the field, or playing in a game.  In addition to the rides, restaurants and main attractions, fans will interact with team mascots, avatars, players, and NFL Rush Zone characters throughout the park for meet-and-greets, autographs, and photo opportunities.  There will also be various historical NFL artifacts, videos, Hall of Fame paraphernalia, and consumer merchandise for fans to engage with while walking the park or waiting in line.

Q19 14. SHOW SUPERBOWL RIDE AND READ:
Super Bowl The Ride will be the main attraction for NFL Land.  The ride will be a football-themed roller coaster with dueling trains and tracks that speed, twist and loop around the coveted Lombardi trophy.  Fans can line up to ride in either the NFC or the AFC train, with each car representing one of their favorite NFL teams.  After finishing the ride, fans will be able to take home photograph memorabilia of their experience so that they can forever remember and re-live the thrill and excitement of the Super Bowl ride

Q20 15. SHOW CONCESSIONS AND READ:
NFL Land will have various forms of concessions and retail.  There will be a sit-down, NFL-themed restaurant, where guests are surrounded by memorabilia; similar to Rainforest Café or Hard Rock.  The restaurant would potentially include interactive games at each table, such as NFL trivia.  Throughout the land, there will be smaller, scattered concession stands with vendors featuring the local Team-themed cuisines, such as New England clam chowder, Texas steaks, and Philadelphia cheese steaks.  There will also be retail store locations with NFL-themed merchandise, such as hats, shirts, jerseys, and other exclusive NFL memorabilia for fans of all ages.
